Pamela Marion is the Founder & Managing Partner of BigPaw CX, a firm partnering with enterprise technology organizations navigating acquisition, integration, and continuous innovation.
With decades of experience inside global software environments, Pamela works directly with executive teams to strengthen decision clarity, reinforce accountability standards, and stabilize leadership alignment under transformation pressure.
She understands the pressure that technology executives face every day. Her career spans a wide range of roles from selling and consulting to engineering, product management, go-to-market strategy, operations, and leading large global teams. She has served as President & COO, Chief Customer Officer, and Global SVP and VP of Customer Success and Professional Services. Wherever she goes, Pam brings a unique ability to break down barriers, align teams, and drive measurable impact for both people and profits.
More than anything, Pam is passionate about developing leaders. She believes the greatest business outcomes happen when companies focus on the right things - people, purpose, and outcomes, the proper alignment happens.
She is also the author of Facing the Mirror and Leading Through the Seasons, leadership frameworks centered on disciplined self-examination, earned trust, and sustained performance through change. Her work emphasizes a simple principle: leadership transformation begins with honest reflection AND succeeds through clarity and execution.
Pamela is a certified coach, trainer, and speaker with the Maxwell Leadership organization, grounded in the leadership principles developed by John C. Maxwell. These principles reinforce the disciplined leadership foundation underlying BigPaw CX’s enterprise alignment work.
Clients engage BigPaw CX for structured, high-trust executive dialogue designed to restore and reinforce alignment before innovation pressure compounds organizational strain.
In complex enterprise environments, innovation alone does not drive performance.
Clarity of direction and disciplined execution do.
BigPaw CX exists to reinforce both — ensuring leadership alignment remains stable as organizations navigate transformation and integration.
BigPaw CX was founded on the principle of enabling others to take measurable steps to improve their leadership. Pam set out on a bold adventure to create a company that both challenged her and inspired her every day.
She has been a pawparent to German Shepherds for more than 30 years. Currently she has Buster and Ruger by her side. The company name was founded based on the leadership qualities that her German Shepherds demonstrate daily and how they have the ability to change as the requires.

At 140 lbs, Buster can be intimidating at first glance, but he’s truly a gentle giant. Calm, easygoing, and full of quiet affection, he brings a sense of peace wherever he goes.

Ruger is the complete opposite of Buster. Weighing in at 75 lbs, he’s always on the move—ready for anything and everything. Energetic, alert, and adventurous, Ruger keeps life exciting.

At BigPaw CX, we believe that true leadership is built on timeless principles and John C. Maxwell’s leadership teachings have guided millions worldwide. His focus on influence, integrity, and intentional growth aligns perfectly with our mission to empower leaders at every level.
